The interclass Group recognises the benefit that all our customers obtain from a dedicated management system allowing customers direct contact with a member of the project team to support them through the project delivery.
All individual subsidiaries of the Group are built around the strong foundations of the original company and it is without doubt the teamwork ethos and family values that underpin the organisations ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships, with a substantial part of turnover secured through direct negotiation and repeat business.
Interclass recognises the potential impact its operations can have on the environment and local communities, in order to manage and monitor this interclass works to ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental) Standards, this management system is designed to capture key environmental data to support the BREEAM process (travel distances, site energy use, site waste etc.).
Interclass also enrolls projects on to the considerate Contractor Scheme to measure the impact and interaction on the local community.
Interclass promotes the benefits of the project to the local community in conjunction with the customer before, during and at completion of the project. As a local SME organisation Interclass is particularly keen to engage local people and businesses thereby supporting the local economy and employment opportunities.
These processes and procedures have been developed to minimise our impact on the environment and promote a sustainable business, based on the three pillars of sustainability – environment, society and economy.
