Project Description: The work comprises the construction of 5Nr domestic dwellings and associated external works.  The dwellings comprise of 3 No two bed single storey terraced bungalows and 2 No two bed single storey semi-detached bungalows. The 3 No terraced bungalows are to be constructed on the existing housing office structural slab retained after the demolition of the superstructure (by others).  Ancillary works include mechanical and electrical services installations.  The external works comprise hard soft landscaping, below ground storm and foul drainage, sewer diversion and driveways with associated pavement crossovers.
