Fallings Park School, Wolverhampton

Fallings Park School, Wolverhampton

Project Delivery: Fallings Park School is set within an established residential area, requiring regular liaison with neighbouring properties and adaption of our delivery times, to minimise impact on the local community.

Holiday periods were exploited to enable steel erection, service switch-overs, internal alterations, knock-through and car park extensions, leaving the school activities undisturbed.

Interclass met all the phasing requirements and, through discussion and agreement with the school, we managed to handover some areas early, by adapting the phasing plan.

Our site team built up a strong rapport with the Client’s team and end-users. Interclass held a health and safety poster completion, which took part in school assemblies and created a “bug’s hotel” from recycled site materials.

Interclass have met all the phasing requirements and, through discussion and agreement with the school, Interclass managed to handover some areas early, by adapting the phasing plan.

Clients View: “It has been a great pleasure working with interclass, In particular the very professional approach by the site manager in sorting out day to day running of a live site, the flexible planning was very much appreciated by the school management” Alan Davies Deliver manager at Property Services
